I got really in the zone when making this cover, more than any other track on this album. It took me about 48 hours to make and my head gradually started to hurt as I worked on it long enough, but it was still an absolute joy to work on from start to finish. It's one of my covers where I insisted on not using arpeggios whatsoever and found other ways to fit the complex depth of the song into Famitracker, and I'm extremely proud of how it came out! It's probably my favorite track on this album, and it's the one you see on the cover art.
Fun fact about this cover: every character's voice in this song is represented with a different-sounding pulse wave, either with a different pulse width or volume pattern to match the more breathy voices. But when they all sing at once, I have a pulse and a saw layered together with a detune effect.
